description

Prior to the design, we have investigated the geographical data of the place area (terrain, landscape, distances from roads and settlements, etc). Besides we have analyzed the wind movement and used this data to determine appropriate locations for the planned buildings. At the same time, we analyzed the demographic and economic situation of the place, during which we have revealed several important factors, for instance absence of large supermarket type of store in the nearby settlement. To plan the concept of the place, we have collected information about the target customers of Surami resort. We analyzed the basic and expected needs of the potential visitors, which we took into account during planning of the aesthetic, spatial and functional aspects of the complex. It was revealed that, despite high demand of quality accommodation, the complex of this kind is not available in the region. Additionally, hospitality infrastructure and tourism value chain in general is quite underdeveloped and amortized. When preparing the concept it was considered: - Green context: landscape of the area, which makes this place unique and attractive - Local context: local aesthetics, as well as needs of local population - Close location along the highway, and nearby secondary roads, allowed isolation for the planed zones. - Existing economic context: matching architectural solution and design adequacy of the project financial and functional expectations of the client - innovation: an attractive environment where a car or pedestrian wishes to come and rest Apart hotel area: - Has an individual access to the road - According to the general plan, it is located near the residential area - The existing land relief is taken into account, and therefore the blocks are placed on different landmarks, which makes the architecture more dynamic. - The principle of layout is comfortable for the project developer also for renting, namely: the whole area is divided into 4 blocks which makes it possible to construct it in stages. - The distribution of blocks is attractive to tenants; every apartment has a different view - A supermarket is located on the first floor - The design is directly related to the function that creates the modular architecture, the scale and relief of the place are also considered - Underground parking is provided Hotel: - is located closest to the forest and is a gallery-type single-story building. - All rooms exposed to the forest, where individual views from the rooms are provided. - The shape of the gallery is caused by the location of existing trees where the building does not cause cutting or relocation of trees. - Hotel finishing materials are selected not only due to the visual and aesthetic importance, but also considering its maintenance flexibility and reliability Restaurant: The architectural aim of the restaurant is easy to remember, offering a variety of space to the guests. Therefore, the restaurant is located close to the main road, has a characteristic and attractive roof and is harmonically combined with the environment - The restaurant is designed for both locals and for the near-by drivers from the main road. - The area includes indoor and outdoor spaces (terraces), adapted to the new epidemiological requirements, which is a necessary prerequisite for operational flexibility during restricted rules as the public places. Parking: The restaurant and hotel have independent, open parking Additional infrastructure: The area is additionally designed for pedestrian and bicycle paths, multifunctional sports-grounds, a stage, children playgrounds and various additional infrastructure, which is combined with the terrain, wood and landscape of the area. Combination of the above-mentioned makes the project site more adapted and functional.
